Tom is the Artistic Director of the No Limits Festival at the Dutch National Theatre. An international theatre festival that showcases the best work of professional performers with a disability. The festival finds its origin in STET The English Theatre, the only international programming theatre of The Netherlands, of which Tom was the artistic director since 2020.
