Since 2020 Tom is the Artistic Director of STET The English Theatre, the only international programming theatre of The Netherlands, based in The Hague.
In 2021 STET organised the first No Limits Symposium. Since then STET reguraly programmed professionals with a disability. In 2024 the first No Limits Festival was organised, showcasing work by professionals with a disability from The Netherlands, The UK, Spain and Canada.
From 2025 onwards STET will focus only on the future of the No Limits Festival together with Het Nationale Theater.
